Stuffed paneer parathas with pasta dressing

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour1 cup
  2. 1 tbsp oil or ghee
  3. 1 tsp thyme
  4. salt to taste
  5. Make soft dough keep aside for 1/2 hour
  6. Stuffing Ingredients 100 grams grated paneer
  7. 1 onion finely chopped
  8. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  9. Spring onions finely chopped 1/2 cup
  10. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  11. Oil 1/2 tbsp
  12. Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
  13. Salt
  14. 2 tbsp pasta dressing

Instructions

  1. Heat the PAN, when oil is hot add onion, finely chopped green chilli. Stir and add grated paneer.
  2. Add little salt because we are using pasta dressing. stir add chilli flakes, coriander leaves, spring onion and pasta dressing. Mix well and cook on a low flame for 3 to 4 minutes switch off the flame keep aside to cool.
  3. Now make parathas . Take small ball of dough roll it to poori shape like this make two take one rolled poori apply oil then add paneer stuffing take another poori close press the edges gently roll it to desire sizes thick or thin roll it carefully
  4. Heat the PAN when PAN is hot add the rolled stuffed paneer paratha. Smear with oil or ghee and fry on both the sides till golden brown in colour on a low flame.
  5. serve with ketchup and pickle . It is very tasty thank you happy cooking
