Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 100gm grated paneer
  2. Chopped onions and green chillies
  3. Salt
  4. Red chilli powder
  5. One heaped cup of Flour
  6. Salt
  7. Ghee or oil

Instructions

  1. Take grated paneer in a plate and add chopped onions and green chillies and salt and red chilli powder. Mix
  2. Now kneed a soft dough using flour and salt with water and keep aside....make small balls from it and shape it like a bowl.
  3. Add the filling
  4. Seal it properly
  5. Roll out n spread it on hot tawa
  6. Apply ghee or oil
  7. Keep changing the sides till it gets beautiful golden or brown spots
  8. Make all the parathas like this
