Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Flour 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil 1 spoon
  4. Butter 2 spoon
  5. Paneer 3 - 4 spoon (grated)
  6. Water for make dough

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take flour, salt and oil. Mix everything . Make dough with the help of water
  2. Rest dough for 10 minutes.
  3. At this time grate the Paneer by greater.
  4. After 10 minutes roll the dough into round shape and put the grate paneer at center on it.
  5. All the edges of it keep together and again roll it round shape like roti with the help of oil.
  6. Place it on a hot tawa and cook. When tiny bubbles starts to rise on the surface. Flip it.
  7. Now spread butter around its edge with the help of spatula and cook. Flip it again and spread butter around its edge. Press it with spatula and cook properly.
  8. When both sides become golden brown colour then Paratha is ready.
