Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton kheema 1/2kg
  2. Cow peas 1cup
  3. Sprig Malacca spice 4tsp
  4. Sambhar powder 21/2tsp
  5. Curry powder 1/2tsp
  6. Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  7. Tumeric powder 1/2tsp
  8. Onion 2
  9. Tomato 3
  10. Ginger garlic paste 11/2tsp
  11. Oil 3tbs
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Curry leaves little
  14. Coriander leaves fir garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak cow peas over night and boil with salt and keep it aside
  2. Cut onions, tomato and grind ginger garlic paste
  3. Get ready with all the powders in a plate
  4. Add oil in a pressure cooker and saute onion
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste to it
  6. Saute well till the raw smell disappear and add tomato to it
  7. When tomatoes turned soft add all the spice powders to the mixture
  8. Mix well and add kheema to it
  9. Add water and salt to taste.. Pressure cook for 15mts
  10. When its done turn off gas and wait till the pressure settle. Heat oil in kadhai and add fennel seed, cumin seed and curry leaves to it
  11. To this add cooked kheema to it.
  12. Let it boil for a minute.. Now add boiled cow peas to it
  13. Let the gravy thickens for 10mts.. Add coriander leaves to it
  14. Turn off gas flame and transfer to the serving bowl
