Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, mutton masala, coriander powder,cumin powder. Now cook it on slow flame covering the lid(without the whistle). Once the oil starts oozing out of the masala add the mutton(marinated with turmeric, chilli powder) and salt. And cook it in low flame covering the lid(without lid).
