ABOUT Bellpepper Paneer & Sprouts Delight RECIPE

Delicious healthy and different than usual.Mix of sprouts, fresh paneer, onion tomatoes and light seasoning filling inti bell peppers of choice green yellow red as u may please,and a kraft cheese slice portion as a cover to them melts in while cooking.Wow!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 pieces of bell pepper(here i used only green)
  2. 50 grams paneer
  3. 1 cup fresh sprouts
  4. 1 small onion chopped fine
  5. 1 small tomato chopped fine
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli kashmiri powder
  8. 1 /2tspn pepper
  9. 1/2 tspn Garam masala
  10. 1 cheese slice ,Kraft i took as its thicker and creamier
  11. 2 tblspn oil

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash peppers well
  2. Remove the top of peppers
  3. Arrange all the filling ingredients
  4. Add sprouts and spices to the above
  5. Mix filling well, lightly and start filling hollow peppers,closing each with portions of cheese slice
  6. Take some oil in a fry pan heat and add the peppers to it cover cook now
  7. As skin gets done and the cheese melts around, switch off the flame.
  8. Care fully take out in a serving dish
  9. Garnish around with carrots
