Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup moong sprouts
  2. 1/2 cup chopped paneer
  3. 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  4. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp sandwich masala

Instructions

  1. Soak moong in water for 12 hour.
  2. Now keep it in tin and cover with lid, keep in warm place..like microwave for 12 hour. The moong sprouts is ready
  3. Take moong sprouts, paneer, onion, tomato in mixing bowl. Add salt and sandwich masala...ready to serve.
