Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl peanut
  2. 1 bowl moong sprouts
  3. 1/2 cup beetroot chopped
  4. 1/2 cup tomato chopped
  5. 1/2 cup onions chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp sandwich masala
  8. Pomegranate 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Sock moong in water for 12 hour, then keep it in tin and cover the lid. Now keep it in warm place for 12 hour..moong sprouts is ready.
  2. Now in mixing bowl take peanut, moong, tomato, onions, pomegranate, beetroot, add salt and sandwich masala...ready to serve.
