  1. 400 gms red pumpkin
  2. 1/2 cup jagerry
  3. 1/2 cup rice flour
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cardomon powder
  5. 1 tbsp ghee
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Ingredients
  2. Grate pumpkin and jagerry
  3. Mix them.
  4. Add rice powder and ghee and mix
  5. Add cardomon powder
  6. Mix all ingredients make a dough
  7. Make a round shape with the help of hand
  8. Deep fry fritters in low flame till it gets crispy.
  9. Enjoy sweet jageery fritters
