Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. cauliflower 1small
  2. finely chopped onion 1/4cup
  3. tomato puree 1/2cup
  4. cashews 1tbsp
  5. Raisins 1/2tbsp
  6. cream 1tbsp
  7. bay leaf 1-2
  8. Kashmiri red chillies 2
  9. cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  10. ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
  11. salt to taste
  12. redchilli powder 1/2tsp
  13. turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  14. kashmiri curry masala 1tsp
  15. water 1/4cup
  16. oil 1tbsp for gravy
  17. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. wash and Cut cauliflower florets.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry cauliflower to golden brown colour
  3. Heat 1tbsp oil in a vessel add cumin seeds bay leaf and kashmiri whole red chillies to it and saute
  4. Add chopped onions raisins and cashews to it and cook
  5. Add salt red chilli powder, turmeric powder in it mix well and cook for few seconds
  6. Add tomato puree and mix cook till oil saparates.
  7. Simmer the flame and add fresh cream in it mix well
  8. Add kashmiri curry masala.
  9. Add fried cauliflower in the gravy and mix
  10. Add water and cook for 4-5minutes on low flame then switch off flame
  11. Garmush it with fried cashews, raisins,cream and coriander leaves And serve with chapati or rice
