ABOUT Bhindi Sabzi RECIPE

Very easy, less spicey, healthy & tasty side dish for roti.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Lady finger pieces 400gms
  2. 2 potatoes (cut like french fries)
  3. 2 tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 onion roughly sliced
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1tsp Salt
  7. 1tsp red chilli powder
  8. Mustard Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut all the veggies and arrange in a plate
  2. Now heat oil in pan.
  3. Fry the potatoes with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder till slightly change its colour
  4. Now add lady finger,green chillies, and onion. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Now add chopped tomato, turmeric powder,salt, red chilli powder. Mix and cover.
  6. Open the lid occasionally and mix till done
