The bhindi masala recipe is a simple and quick recipe . All you need is bhindi, tomato and onion and a few basic spices.
Firstly cut the bhindi tops and tails and chop it into round small pieces.
Heat oil in a sauce pan or a kadai.
Add bhindi and fry it.
Heat oil in a sauce pan .
Add mustard seeds and allow it for spluttering
And then add onion ,green chili, Curry leaves , coriander leaves .
And stir it.
And then add ginger garlic paste and stir it .
And fry it till they are done but not mushy.
And now add tomato and stir and simmer for a minute.
Add bhindi and stir it
And then add all masala powders , salt and stir it.
And add little water.
When water begins to boil reduce heat and simmer for a minute.
And stir it , cover and cook for 2- 3 minutes.
Take off fire and pour into a serving dish.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with puris, chapattis, or rice
