ABOUT TOMATO AUR BHINDI KI SABZI (BHINDI MASALA) RECIPE

The bhindi masala recipe is a simple and quick recipe . All you need is bhindi, tomato and onion and a few basic spices.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm bhindi
  2. 1 tomato
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  5. 1TSP CUMIN POWDER
  6. 1tsp coriander powder
  7. 1tsp red chilli powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  11. 2 spoon oil
  12. 3 green chili
  13. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  14. 1 stalk curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Firstly cut the bhindi tops and tails and chop it into round small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a sauce pan or a kadai.
  3. Add bhindi and fry it.
  4. Heat oil in a sauce pan .
  5. Add mustard seeds and allow it for spluttering
  6. And then add onion ,green chili, Curry leaves , coriander leaves .
  7. And stir it.
  8. And then add ginger garlic paste and stir it .
  9. And fry it till they are done but not mushy.
  10. And now add tomato and stir and simmer for a minute.
  11. Add bhindi and stir it
  12. And then add all masala powders , salt and stir it.
  13. And add little water.
  14. When water begins to boil reduce heat and simmer for a minute.
  15. And stir it , cover and cook for 2- 3 minutes.
  16. Take off fire and pour into a serving dish.
  17. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  18. Serve hot with puris, chapattis, or rice
