Cut brinjal into two pieces.Sprinkle with a little turmeric powder, salt & red chilli powder.
Heat oil & fry it.
Heat oil & add 1 spn panch foron.
Add 1 chopped tomato.
Add 2 spn onion + green chilli paste
Add 1 spn ginger garlic paste.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.Mix it well.
Add poppy seeds paste.
Add 1 spn curd.
Add some hot water to make gravy.
When the gravy starts to boil add fried eggplant.
Make the gravy almost dry.Add garam masala powder .Switch off the gas & garnish with coriander leaves.
SERVING: 4
