Everybody loves pakodas and bhajiyas, so here is another interesting variety of the same, made with cauliflower.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated cauliflower - 1 cup
  2. Gram flour - 2 - 3 tbsp
  3. Crushed coriander seeds - 1/4 tsp
  4. Crushed fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
  5. Crushed cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  6. Chilly flax - 1/4 tsp
  7. Chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  10. Fresh mint leaves - 1 tsp
  11. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl add grated cauliflower,gram flour,salt,coriander seeds,fennel seeds,chilly flax,mint leaves,cumin seeds,coriander leaves and sprinkle some water.
  2. Make a lemon size ball and deep fry in hot oil.
  3. When it half done strain it.
  4. Press the ball and again deep fry in hot oil until brown and crispy on a medium flame.
  5. Serve hot with tea.
