Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Sugar 3/4 th cup
  4. salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Baking soda 3/4th tsp
  6. Baking powder 1. 5 tsp
  7. Coffee powder 2 tbsp
  8. Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  9. Lukewarm water 1/2 cup
  10. Lukewarm milk 1 cup
  11. Refined Oil 1/2 Cup
  12. Sliced Walnuts 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a cup put lukewarm water and whisk coffee in it.
  2. GNow take one bowl put refined oil, vanilla essence, sugar, Lukewarm milk, whisked coffee & mix well till the sugar will dissolve.
  3. Take another bowl put maida, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mix well.
  4. Now put the powdered mixture into liquid mixture bowl. Mix it well so that there is no lumps remain.
  5. Sliced the walnuts and some cashews.
  6. Now heat the sand in pressure cooker for 10 mins before baking.
  7. Grease the bowl with the oil and dust with the maida and place the cake batter in it and Sprinkle walnuts.
  8. Now place the batter bowl in the pressure cook.
  9. Cover the lid and cook until baked (at least for 20-25 mins) on low flame.
  10. Time to check out the cake is baked or not. Insert toothpick, fok or any skewer into the center of the cake, it should come out clean.
  11. Your cake is ready.
  12. NOTE : Before cutting the cake make sure the cake has cooled.
