This is a famous curry from Rajasthani delicacy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For gatta.
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 1 tsp haldi
  4. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  5. Salt
  6. Ajwain 1 tsp
  7. oil
  8. Curd.1 tbsp
  9. Gatta water
  10. Garam Masala
  11. Mustard seed
  12. Hing

Instructions

  1. Kneed a tight dough of besan oil curd chilli powder ajwain and haldi
  2. Make cylendrical roll of the dough
  3. Boil the cylendrical rolls. Cool n cut into thick pieces.
  4. Keep aside the boiled water for gravy
  5. In a pan heat oil. Add mustard and hing
  6. Add in the boiled water. Add turmeric chilli powder salt n garam.masala
  7. Add curd and keep stirring. Cook for 5 min
  8. Add the boiled gattas mix well. Cook for 5 min more.
  9. Garnish with corriander
