ABOUT Honey Ginger snaps RECIPE

You must avoid Brandy snaps this is a non alcoholic version using honey and Ginger The Heat. A perfect recipe for the Rains crunchy, crisp,golden brown and slight heat from the Ginger

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Butter 50 grams
  2. Caster sugar 50 grams
  3. Honey 50 grams
  4. All purpose flour 50 grams
  5. Ginger powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Inner microwavable bowl add butter, sugar and honey
  2. Microwave this one minute or the butter is melted
  3. Stir well till all sugar is dissolved
  4. Let it cool down for 5 minutes
  5. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
  6. Sieve in the all purpose flour and Ginger powder into the glass bowl
  7. In a flat baking tray place a silpat
  8. Using a teaspoon dollops of the mixture onto the tray
  9. Don't over crowd this spreads alot
  10. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes till the edges turn brown
  11. Leave on mat for 2 mins and store in airtight container
