Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1cup green saboot moong Dal.
  2. 1 cup black channa
  3. ,2 spoon chopped cheese
  4. 1 spoon roasted Jeera
  5. 1 spoon roasted ajwain
  6. 1/2 spoon black salt
  7. 2 tbsp honey
  8. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  9. 1/4 Tea spoon chat Masala

Instructions

  1. Take a pan put Jeera and dry roast
  2. Take a another pan put ajwain and dry roast
  3. For sauce
  4. Take a bowl put honey,lemon juice chat masala, roasted masala and salt
  5. Your chat sauce is ready
  6. Soak the both grains overnight
  7. Then next morning one whistle the moong Dal and four whistle the black channa
  8. Take a pan put one spoon gee then add Jeera and sautey then add boiled grains and sautey add salt according to taste and mix them
  9. After five minutes add honey sauce and mix them
