First soak chick pea for 8 hrs then boil it for 20 mins.
now chop tomato , onion and green chilli.
now take chick pea in a bowl add all things except papad n mix well.
now roast papad in microwave for 30 sec and fold in shot glasses when hot for making cone.
u can make it in advance for a party. when eat fill cone with chat n serve.
