ABOUT Baked Honey Chaat RECIPE

It is a healthy baked honey based recipe absolutely lovely to eat and enjoy while getting reminded of street food in an unique way.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped vegetable like - potato, sweet potato, beans, cauliflower, peas, mushroom, carrot- 1 1/2 cup marinate with butter
  2. hungcurd- 2 tablespoon
  3. mayonnaise- 2 tablespoon
  4. syzawan sauce- 1 tablespoon
  5. green chutney -  2 tablespoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. butter- 1 teaspoon
  8. Papdi- 4 number
  9. Honey Sauce- 2 tablespoon
  10. paprika- 1 teaspoon
  11. for garnishing-
  12. Potato fries
  13. For Potato Fries- grated potato (mix with corn flour and salt and deep fry it)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180'C marinate the vegetable with butter and bake for 15 min
  2. For green chutney- (Mint leaves- 1/4 cup, coriander leaves- 1/4 cup, green chilli- 1 number, Salt to taste, Honey- 1 tablespoon) - grind  all the ingredients till smooth paste
  3. For Honey Sauce- (Honey - 2 tablespoon, lemon juice- 1/2 teaspoon, paprika- 1 teaspoon)- Heat a pan add honey, paprika after 1 min add lemon juice, Honey sauce is ready.
  4. FOR ARRANGING: In the baked vegetable add hung curd, mayonnaise, schezwan sauce and mix it well. Place it in a plate and lawyer it with little Honey sauce, vegetables then green chutney and then repeat the process again till a small tower is formed.
  5. Garnish it with fries  and design the surrounding with honey sauce, green chutney and pomegranate seeds.
