ABOUT Baked bread katori chaat RECIPE

A healthy and tasty version of chaat.baking and adding sprouts gives ut a healthier twist.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 bread slices
  2. 1/2 cup sprouts
  3. 1 boiled potato
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 tomato
  6. 1/2 cup cucumber
  7. 1 tsp rock salt
  8. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  9. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  10. 4 tbsp curd
  11. 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  12. 4 tbsp green chutney
  13. 4 tbsp imli chutney
  14. 4 tbsp sev / namkeen
  15. Coriander leaves,for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread slices into circle.
  2. Roll them out a little to make them thin.
  3. Put them in glass bowls to make katori shape.
  4. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10-15 mins till they are brown.
  5. Boil the sprouts and let them cool.
  6. Chop onion,tomato, potato and cucumber.
  7. Put them together in a bowl and add all dry spices and lemon juice.
  8. Put this mix in baked bread katori.
  9. Add sugar to the curd and put it on the chaat.
  10. Add green chutney and imli chutney.
  11. Add sev or namkeen on top.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve .
