Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha - 2 cups
  2. Onion - 1 big chopped
  3. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  6. Lemon - 1/2
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Lots of coriander
  9. Green peas - 1/2 cup boiled

Instructions

  1. Was the Poha and keep aside
  2. Boil green peas in sufficient water and strain
  3. Now smash the soaked Poha with fingers
  4. Add the green peas and all the ingredients
  5. Mix well smashing few green peas
  6. Make small round Poha tikkis and fry in a flat pan with some oil. Fry well on both sides
  7. If while making tikkis mixture seems to be dry then add few spoons of water sufficient enough to make tikkis.
  8. Serve nice fried tikkis with sauce or mixture of Mayo and tomatoe sauce.
