Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1-1/2 table spoon hot ghee
  3. 3 glass cold water

Instructions

  1. Take maida in a pan. Make a hole in middle.
  2. Pour hot ghee in the middle and immediately add chilled water over the ghee.
  3. Mix all well so that no lumps remain. If lumps remain u can beat this batter in a mixer.
  4. But remember don't beat so much in the mixer.
  5. How to fry......
  6. Take a deep and thick pan ( pital is the best).
  7. Fill half the pan with ghee. Melt it on high flame.
  8. When ghee become hot then pour batter little by little with the help of spoon. You can pour 4 to 5 medium spoon.
  9. Make a hole in between it with the help of thin wire or roller.
  10. When it becomes medium brown in colour take it out from the pan.
  11. Ghevar is ready. Enjoy it with rabri or sugar syrup as u like
