Its a fried rice , where along with the veggies even fried soya chunks is used to enhance the taste

Basmati rice-2cups
Garlic chopped-2tablespoon
Carrot chopped-1/4th cup
Beans chopped-1/4th cup
Spring onion whites-4tablespoon
Spring onion greens-2tablespoon
Chopped green chilli-1/2teaspoon
Soya sauce- 2tablespoon
Schezwan sauce-2table spoon
Vinegar-1tablespoon
Black/white pepper powder- 2teaspoon
Vegetable oil- 2tablespoon
For soya marination:
Soya chunks- 1/2cup
Rice flour-1 1/2teaspoon
Cornflour- 1 1/2teaspoon
Chilli powder- 1teaspoon
Chat powder-1teaspoon
Oil-2tablespoon
salt as per taste
Instructions
Boil the Soya chunks with salt, once it's boiled properly remove the excess water out of it, and marinate it with rice flour, cornflour, chilli powder and chat powder and deep fry it for 1min .
Soak the rice in for 1/2 an hour, now cook it with adding salt till it's done(don'over cook it), and the stain the water out of it
Now take a tawa, add oil into it. Once it hot, add the chopped garlic.
Once you start getting a brownish color, add the chopped green chilli and spring onion whites, saute it for few seconds and the add the chopped carrots and beans and add salt to it and sate it for 2mins.
Add Soya sauce, vinegar and schezwan sauce and saute it.
Now add the cooked rice along with the fried Soya chunks.
Add pepper powder to it and finally add the spring onion Geens and toss it and turn of the flame.
