Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boiled corn 2 cups
  2. Boiled potatoes 2 medium size
  3. Finely chopped onion 1 cup
  4. Finely chopped capsicum 1 cup
  5. Salt
  6. Chaat Masala 2 teaspoon
  7. Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Finely chopped green chilies 2 teaspoon
  9. oil
  10. Oats powder 1 cup
  11. Gram flour 1 tablespoon
  12. cornflour 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take 2 tablespoon boiled corn in a large bowl.
  2. Blend rest of the corn.
  3. Add blend corn in the same bowl.
  4. Add mashed potatoes, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilies to the corn paste.
  5. Add salt to taste,red chili powder, chaat masala, oats powder, gram flour & cornflour.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Kabab mixture is ready.
  8. Apply a little oil on your palm.
  9. Take small portion of the kabab mixture.
  10. Give it a cylinder shape.
  11. Repeat the process for rest of the mixture.
  12. Now, deep fry these kababs till golden brown.
  13. Serve hot with ketchup or Chutney.
