Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Corn kenel 1 pack
  2. Onion 1
  3. Green chilli 2
  4. Breadcrumbs 2 spoon
  5. Refined flour 2 spoon
  6. Corn flour 2 spoon
  7. Boiled potatoes 2
  8. Chat masala 1 spoon
  9. Salt as per ur taste
  10. Garam masala 1 spoon
  11. Mango powder 1 spoon
  12. Mint leaves
  13. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and peel the skin. Mash with your hands and keep it aside.
  2. Chop the onions finely. Keep the capsicum and green chilli ready. Chop the coriander and mint leaves.
  3. In a mixie pulse the half corn kernels.
  4. In a wide bowl, add the pulsed corn kernels,half corn kernel, mashed potatoes, chopped capsicum,onions,green chilli,coriander and mint leaves.
  5. Add the refined flour, corn flour,breadcrum,red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, mango powder and salt. 
  6. Mix this well.Ensure the corn mixture should be firm. If not the kebab will dissolve in oil while frying.
  7. Take a small portion of the mixture and make it into oblong shape.
  8. Shape all the corn mixture into oblong shaped kebabs and put toothpick in it. Keep it refrigerated till you fry this. 
  9. Heat oil and once it is hot bring it to medium heat Deep fry the kebabs in oil till golden brown. 
  10. Drain this in a kitchen towel.Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
