ABOUT Paneer tikka cocktail mini buns RECIPE

A perfect party appetizer with tangy soft paneer tikka filling.Great for big gatherings as can be prepared with ease.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup paneer
  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. 1 tbsp roasted gram flour
  4. 1 tsp mustard oil
  5. 1 1/2 tsp tandoori masala
  6. 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tsp crushed kasoori methi
  9. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  10. 6 mini sized buns
  11. 1/4 cup onions
  12. 1/4 cup capsicums
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1 inch thick cheese strips for garnish

Instructions

  1. Firstly cut the paneer into small cubes.
  2. Take paneer cubes in the bowl and add curd along with all the other ingredients mentioned above other than buns.
  3. Marinate this mixture for around 20 minutes.
  4. Now scoop the bun from the centre and make a cavity leaving bottom intact.
  5. Stuff the marinated paneer tikka mixture into the buns.
  6. Next brush the buns with some butter and layer the cheese strips over it as shown.
  7. Bake in a pre heated oven for around 10 minutes or till buns are slightly crispy,filling cooked from inside and cheese lightly melted.
