Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 2 1/2 cups
  2. Milkmade - 1/2 cup
  3. Green cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  4. A large pinch of saffron
  5. Almond powder - 1/4 cup
  6. Rose water - 1teaspoon
  7. Sugar - 1tablespoons
  8. Gelatin - 2 tablespoon
  9. Cherry syrup - 1tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a deep bottom pan and bring to boil . Add saffron and sugar stir to mix , boil .
  2. Add cardamom powder and mix it well , add almond powder and mix it well . Boil for 1/2 an hour or till the milk is reduced .
  3. Add milkmade and mix well . Boil further till the milk gets reduced .
  4. Bring 4 tablespoons water to a boil in another pan add gelatin and let it bloom . Add this to the reducing milk and mix well , cook for a minutes and add the rose water .
  5. Pour the reduced milk into individuals short dessert glass or bowl and refrigerator for at least 2 hour or till set .
  6. Garnished with the cherry syrup and serve immediately.
