Little greeny balls which is full of spinach and corn and stuffed with cheese to satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Spinach 1 bunch
  2. Corn kernels - boiled 1/2cup
  3. Potato - boiled and mashed 2 medium sized
  4. Spring onion leaves - 1/3 cup
  5. Green Chilli - 2 to 3
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tspoon
  7. Coriander and mint leaves - 1/3cup
  8. Cheese - 1 cube
  9. chilli powder - 1/2 tspoon
  10. Dhaniya jeera powder - 1/2tspoon
  11. Chat masala 1 tablespoon
  12. Bread crumbs (if required)
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil corn kernels in a large vessel.
  2. After 2-3mins, add clean washed spinach leaves in the same vessel,
  3. Drain all the water from it.
  4. Take a mixture jar. Add boiled spinach, corn, coriander and mint leaves, spring onion's leaves, green chilli. (Don't add water)
  5. In a mixing bowl, add mashed potato + spinach and corn puree + ginger garlic paste + chat masala + chilli powder + dhaniya jeera powder + salt. Mix well
  6. If you find mixture is moisture then only add breadcrumbs otherwise not. Stuff balls with little bit cheese and make small balls.
  7. Take Appam pan and add 1/2teaspoon oil to each cavity. Place each balls into this cavity. And cover it.
  8. Cook at very slow flame for 5-7mins then flip the balls and add more 1/2teaspoon oil.
  9. Enjoy healthy and tasty balls with ketchup or mayonnaise.
