Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gm potatoes peeled and diced
  2. Poppy seeds soaked in warm water 50 gm
  3. Slit green chilies 2
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Mustard Oil 2 tbsp
  6. Dried red chillies 2

Instructions

  1. Grind poppy seeds into fine paste
  2. Heat oil in pan. Add red chillies. Add the potatoes. Fry well. Add salt
  3. Add the poppy seed paste and mix well. Add the slit green chillies
  4. Add 1/2 cup water cover and cook till 10 min.
