Its a continental easy tasty dish which you can enjoy as a special breakfast/ party snacks/ party starter.

Ingredients Serving: 8

Bacon-12 slices
Egg-3 pieces
Milk-1/2 cup
Chilli flakes-1.5 tablespoon
Black pepper-1 tablespoon
Dry oregano-1 tablespoon
Grated cheese-1 & 1/4 cup
Chopped onion-3/4 cup
Chopped spring onion-3/4 cup
Chicken mince-250 gram
Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste-1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil for greasing muffin moulds
For garnishing:
Tomato ketchup-2 tablespoon
Chopped spring onion-2 tablespoon

Instructions

Break eggs into a mixing bowl.
Add chicken mince,chopped onion,chopped spring onion,ginger garlic green chilli paste,grated cheese-1 cup,chili flakes-1 tablespoon, oregano,salt to taste,black pepper.
Mix everything well.
Add milk.Whisk it properly.
Take a muffin baking tray and grease each mould with oil.
Place bacons in the muffin moulds and set it properly with your finger tip.
Fill the bacon basket with the mixture.
Flatten upper surface of it using a spoon.
Sprinkle leftover cheese and chilli flakes over each basket.
Bake it 15 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.
After that,give it 5 minutes standing time in oven.
Take out the basket from mould with the help of a knife or spoon.
Garnish it with ketchup and spring onion.Enjoy it hot.
