Both rice wash and soak separate bowl for 15 minutes. Boil 2 1/2 glass of water in a pot ,add one bowl rice. When rice 90% Cooked , drain water and keep aside.
Boil again same amount of water. Add second bowl rice and boil. Add green colour. When rice 90 % Cooked drain water and keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add white rice. Add ,2 ,1/2 tbs sugar, cardamom powder. Add little poppyseeds. Add coconut milk. Cover and cook on slow to medium flame.
After 10 to 15 minutes check all water absorb and rice cook properly. Turn off the flame. Do same process for green rice . Don't add coconut milk in green rice.
Add lemon juice to green rice. After green rice Cooked . In a plate add one by one rice and mix careful. Garnish with Almond slices, poppyseeds and colourful kishmish. Serve and enjoy.
