ABOUT Suji bada RECIPE

This is an instant and delicious pakodas to be served with the evening tea, follow this easy recipe to make this at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm semolina
  2. One cup curd
  3. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  4. Salt
  5. One chopped onion
  6. Green chilli [chopped] - 1
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Roasted jeera [cumin] powder - 1/4 th tsp
  9. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the semolina, curd and baking powder together.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients except the oil, to the above mixture.
  3. Mash it with hand , keep it covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Add one tspn hot oil and mix well, grease your palms and shape the vadas.
  5. Deep fry this vada in batches on medium heat
  6. Serve with coconut chutney.
