When you don't want to eat potatoes, it's the best option. It's very nutritious as well.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 4 raw banana
  2. Green Chilli 4
  3. Carrot 1
  4. Cauliflower 1
  5. Onion 3
  6. French beans 1cup
  7. Tomato 4
  8. Lemon
  9. Ghee 6tbsp
  10. Pav and butter
  11. Red chilli powder 4tbsp
  12. turmeric 1tbsp
  13. Salt
  14. Pav bhaji masala 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil all the vegetables, keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan with some ghee, add the boiled vegetables.
  3. Add spices & masala.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes , once the masala leaves oil, check for seasoning and keep aside.
  5. For pav:
  6. Heat a pan ,add butter and roast the pav on both sides. Serve with the bhaji.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
