ABOUT Raw banana bhaji RECIPE

A delicious bhaji made with raw bananas, to be served with chapathi or dal rice for everyday menu.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw banana - 2
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Oil - 2 tbsp
  7. Cumin seeds - a pinch

Instructions

  1. peel,wash and chop raw banana.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  4. Add raw banana and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
  5. Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and garlic paste and mix well.
  6. Let it cook on slow fire.
  7. When done add salt and mix well.
  8. Serve with chapati or else.
