Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cupb sago ( sabudana)
  2. 2 1/2 cup mashed poteto
  3. jodhpuri green chilli 6
  4. Chopped green chilli
  5. coconut powder 1 t.spoon
  6. white til [sesame seeds] 1 t.sp
  7. Ground nut 1/4 cup
  8. Sugar as per taste
  9. Salt as per test
  10. Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  11. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. soak sago for 3 hours
  2. take mashed potatoes in a bowl and add ,chopped green chilli ,sago ,sugar and salt
  3. mix well
  4. grind the ,coconut ,ground nut ,and sesame seeds.
  5. put salt ,sugar ,red chilli powder to it.
  6. mix well and fill this masala in jodhpuri mirch
  7. than cover with potato and sago mixture.
  8. Now deep fry the stuffed mirchis in oil
