ABOUT Easy Cheesy Paneer Chilli Parcels RECIPE

This is very easy and cheesy Indian samosa's recipe where have used ready made samosa patti to make parcels which are filled with homemade paneer and cheese! Serve it in your breakfast or brunch or in any party appetizer!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. To make stuffing:
  2. 1 cup crumbled paneer, homemade or ready made
  3. 2-3 processed cheese cubes, grated
  4. 1/4 cup green capsicum, finely chopped
  5. 1 tbsp green chillies, finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tsp Oregano
  7. 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
  8. 1/4 tsp crushed pepper
  9. To make parcels:
  10. 8-10 samosa patties
  11. 1/4 cup all purpose flour slurry
  12. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. First in medium sized mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  2. Make small balls of same size from this stuffing and put them aside.
  3. Now take one samosa Patti, and with pizza cutter cut it out horizontally and vertically, so from one Patti you could make 4 small patties.
  4. Now take 2 patties and arrange them to form cross.
  5. Place one ball on it.
  6. Sill all the edges using slurry.
  7. Prepare others as well.
  8. Now deep fry them until they become golden brown.
  9. Remove from heat and place it on tissue paper to absorb extra oil.
  10. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup!
