Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1-cup chana dal
  2. 2- tsp green chili paste
  3. 2- tsp ginger paste
  4. 2- tsp garlic paste
  5. Salt
  6. lemon juice (2-lemon)
  7. cashew 7,8 pieces
  8. dry grapes
  9. oil 2,3 spoon
  10. mustard seeds -1 tsp
  11. 1-tsp cumin seeds
  12. Hing one pinch
  13. sesame seeds-3 spoon
  14. sugar 7,8 spoon
  15. Coriander leaves
  16. Pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Soak the dal for 4-5 hours.
  2. Now blend the dal into a fine mixture.
  3. Add salt, green chili, Garlic, ginger paste to the blended dal.
  4. Now pour this mixture into a dhokla steamer plate, steam it in a dhokla maker for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Once the dhokla comes to a room temperature, grate it.
  6. Now mix the lemon juice and sugar together. Add this mixture to the grated dhokla.
  7. Take one pan put for tadka , heat some oil in it, add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, cashew , dry grapes , sesame seeds, add sweet lemon juice add grated dhokla mix well
  8. This is ready to be served, garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
