ABOUT Paratha veggie roll RECIPE

This roll is perfect for breakfast or brunch and especially for those kids who do not like eating vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Parathas...3
  2. Grated cheese
  3. Red bellpepper..1
  4. Yellow bellpepper..1
  5. Onion..1
  6. Pizza sauce
  7. ghee

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop bell peppers and onion.
  2. Take a nonstick pan.
  3. Saute all veggies.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Take paratha.
  6. Spread pizza sauce on paratha.
  7. Now spread veggies on paratha.
  8. Grate some cheese.
  9. Roll out paratha.
  10. Heat a nonstick pan.
  11. Apply little bit ghee.
  12. Roast parathas on the tawa or pan.
  13. Grate some more cheese on top of parathas.
  14. Paratha roll are ready to eat.
  15. No need of ketchup or chatni with these parathas.
