If your kid happens to be a picky eater , this is the most perfect way to entice them into eating it because it has an omelette, chapathi and lots of veggie and also salad all thrown into one humongous roll ......

Ingredients Serving: 3

Eggs - 4 no
Chapathis - 4 no
Onion chopped - 1 no
Cucumber chopped - 1 no
Green chilli chopped - 2 /3 no
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Chat masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Leftover veggie fry - 4 tablespoons

Instructions

In a mixing bowl , break the eggs add black pepper powder and salt and beat well .
Heat a tawa or skillet in a medium heat and place the roti add 1 tablespoon oil and fry it.
Then pour the 1/4 of the egg mix in and swirl it around to make an omlette the size of the roti and press down gently .
When egg is cooked , flip roti and cook for a couple of seconds .
Remove from the frying pan and place on a plate .
Assemble .....
Arrange the leftover veggie fry and cucumber sliced , onion and chilli in a line up the center of the roti.
Spread the lemon juice, chat masala powder and tomato sauce.
Roll up with a gently and enjoyyyyy :relaxed::relaxed:
