Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. mung beans 1/4cup
  2. chickpeas 1/4cup
  3. dried white peas 1/4
  4. black eyed pea/lobiya 1/4 cup
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Onion 1big finely chopped
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
  8. cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  9. Green chilli 1
  10. Curry leaves 6-8
  11. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  12. Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  13. Garam masala 1/2tsp
  14. Water as needed
  15. Oil 2tbsp
  16. for cups
  17. all purpose flour 1cup
  18. Salt to taste
  19. Oil 2tbsp
  20. Water as needed
  21. Oil for frying
  22. FOR ASSEMBLING
  23. boil chopped potato 1/2cup
  24. Curd 1/3cup
  25. tamarind chutney 4tbsp
  26. Onion 2tbsp
  27. tomato 2tbsp
  28. sev 2tbsp
  29. Coriender leaves
  30. Chat masala 1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak mung beans ,lobiya,white peas,chickpeas for 5-6hours then pressure cook them by addibg water and salt give 4-5whistles
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds ,ginger garlic paste,onion ,and saute
  3. Add green chilli and curry leaves to it Cook till onion become light brown
  4. Add salt turmeric powder redchilli powder to it mix well
  5. Add boiled mixed beans and peas to it ,add garam masala and mix well add 2-3tbsp of water close pan with a lid for few minuts then turn off the flame usal is ready
  6. For cups take all purpose flour add salt and oil to it Add some water and knead a dough ,take small portion of dough and roll it like a small poori or chapati
  7. Grease back side of small bowl and cover it with chapati And press from all sides
  8. Now heat oil un a pan for frying Put this bowl in oil and fry it
  9. As it get fried bowl automatically leaves the dough and get saperated remove bowl from oil Fry cups till golden and crisp
  10. When cups get fried its time to assemble mix some salt and red chilli powder to boil potatoes and put it in fried cups
  11. Put mix beans usal over potatoes
  12. Mix some salt to curd and beat it,Add tamarind chutney and curd to it
  13. Add chopped onions ,chopped tomatoes sev Coriender leaves chatmasala and serve
