Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Ajwain or carrom seeds 1 tbsp
  4. 2 potato
  5. Beans 1/2 cup
  6. 2 chopped green chilli
  7. Oil 4tbsp
  8. Spices (red chilli powder, Turmeric, salt,dhaniya powder)
  9. Ghee 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough with the ingredients mentioned.
  2. Heat a pan add oil, pinch of hing ,mustard seeds add veggie &spices cook them 10 min
  3. Take a dough ball & roll on
  4. Apply ghee on it.& put ajwaine.again cover it
  5. And roll it .
  6. Heat a tawa on med.flame & shallow fry paratha
