ABOUT potato paneer boll RECIPE

This is a delicious potato and paneer, pakodas or balls/croquettes which are justs so good to serve along with the evening tea.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1- cup boiled and mashed potato
  2. 100 gm panner
  3. green chili, garlic, ginger paste -2 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. chat masala-1spoon
  6. 3 tbsp maida
  7. 3 tbsp corn flour
  8. ketchup - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take one bowl ,add boil potatoes , grated paneer, salt, chat masala, green chili , garlic, ginger paste.
  2. Add corn flour and maida, mix well and knead a dough out of it, divide them into equal balls.
  3. Deep fry the balls in hot oil, on a medium flame. serve hot with ketchup.
