A quick dessert for all pineapple lovers...

Ingredients Serving: 1

3 tablespoons Maida
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Pineapple thinly sliced chunks or pineapple essence
1 tablespoons curd (not sour)
Very small pinch of baking soda
1/8 tsp Baking powder
3 tablespoons butter or oil
Pineapple and nuts for garnish

Instructions

Mix oil/butter, milk and curd well
Next add all the dry ingredients including essence/chunks and mix well
Take a microwave bowl, grease it and add pineapple in shape of flower or any design. You can add nuts, cherries or choco chips etc... Basically this is the design you want on the cake. Pour the mixture on this prepared design
Microwave it for 1 min 30 second. The cake should be ready within 1 min 30 second to 40 second depending on microwave capacity
Do not remove the cake immediately from the microwave,allow it to remain for a minute or so. Once done, allow it to slightly cool and then invert the cake and it's ready to eat
