  1. Ingredients for cutlets..
  2. Tinde 3
  3. Oats 1¹/² sp
  4. Besan 1sp
  5. Boiled n mashed potatoes 3
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chili powder 1tsp
  8. Kasturi methi 1/2 tsp
  9. Amchur 1/2 tsp
  10. Dhaniya powder 1tsp
  11. garam masala powder 1tsp
  12. Samber masala powder 1tsp..
  13. Ingredients for chili potatoes..
  14. Potatoes 3 cut length wise
  15. Salt to taste..
  16. Maida 1sp
  17. Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
  18. Green chili sauce 1tsp
  19. tomato ketchup 1tsp
  20. Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  21. Vinegar 1 tsp
  22. Chili flacks n oregano 1/3 tsp
  23. Chat masala n red chili powder a pinch for sprinkle only..

Instructions

  1. Method for cutlet.. Firstly remove the skin of tinde and then grate them.
  2. Add all the ingredients Into the bowl
  3. Mix it well
  4. Then with the help of cookie cutter make butterfly shape..
  5. Deep fry it.. In medium flame..
  6. When it become golden brown and cooked properly ,its done..
  7. Method of chili potatoes.. Add potato , maida ,salt , red chili in a bowl and mix it..
  8. Then deep fry it.
  9. When it become light brown n crispy.. Its done.. Then in pan.. Add potatoes and all sauces... Saute it for 1min.. Then sprinkle oregano ,chili flakes, Chat masala and red chili.. Its done..
