Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup chickpea flour
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 2 Chopped Green chillies
  4. Ginger grated 1 piece
  5. A pinch of asafoetida
  6. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  7. 1.5 cup water
  8. To Temper
  9. 1 tsp Mustard seed
  10. 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  11. 2 tsp oil
  12. curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a bowl (except to temper) till a smooth batter is obtained
  2. Now heat this in a wok with continuous vigorous stirring
  3. Stir stir nd stir on medium flame for 6-7 minutes.
  4. Now spread a layer of batter on plates.
  5. Cut into rolls after 5 minutes...
  6. Heat oil nd add everything to temper
  7. Spread tempering on Khandvi rolls.
  8. It's yummy Enjoy with a cup of tea
