In a bowl, take maida, ghee and mix properly.
Add honey and give a firm mix.
Slowly add chilled milk and keep mixing to form the batter of paste like consistency.
Add mango pulp and crushed elaichi in the batter. Give it a good stir so that no lumps are formed.
Let the batter rest covered for 2-3 hours.
After 3 hours, heat desi ghee in a kadhai.
Once the ghee is completely heated, put on low flame and add the batter slowly to form a round poori like shape.
Fry on low flame from both sides until golden brown.
Garnish with fresh cream and mango slices.
Serve hot.
