Kids always love potatoes and semolina is also good for kids health, so this is a dish made with both.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cup potatoes (boiled and greated)
  2. 1/4cup onion (finely chopped)
  3. 1pcs ginger (finely chopped)
  4. 6tbsp semolina
  5. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  6. 1/2tsp garam masala
  7. 1tsp coriander powder
  8. 1TSP CUMIN POWDER
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 2 cup peanut oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Dry roast 2tbsp of semolina.
  2. Take a mixing bowl add greated potatoes, finely chopped ginger, onion, roasted semolina and all the spices to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well and bring them together in the bowl like a dough.
  4. Divide the potato semolina dough in small ball.
  5. Make a shape of your Choice.
  6. Roll the shapes in semolina.
  7. Now refrigerate these shapes on the baking sheet for about 2hours.
  8. After 2hours take a pan add in oil on high flame for frying .
  9. Pick one by one shape and put in hot oil on low flame.
  10. Potato semolina kebabs and cutlets looks golden brown then left over the pan.
  11. Our potato semolina kebabs and cutlets are ready to serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
