ABOUT Bread Cutlet(Sweet Potato and Banana) RECIPE

Home made bread cutlets are very testy and healthy.It's a Indian snack.It is a quick and easy recipe,so you can easily prepare this at home.

Bread slices 8-10 piece
Sweet potato 2 boiled and mashed
Banana 2 boiled and mashed
Green chilli 2 tbsp chopped
Coriender leaves 2 tbsp chopped
Greated ginger 1 tbsp
Greated carrot 1/4 cup
Garam masala 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp + for frying
Milk 2-3 tbsp + 1 cup water
Semolina for coating

Instructions

Heat oil in a kadai,add ginger,green chilli,stir it for few seconds.
Add greated carrot,stir it for 2 mins on medium flame.
Add mashed sweet potato and banana.
Add garam masala,pepper powder,chat masala and salt,mix it well.
Stir it for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
Add coriander leaves,mix it.
Off the flame and keep it asside for cooling.
Bring bread slices,cut the edges or brown sides.
Bring a bowl, add milk and water.
Dip one bread slice into the water and remove water by pressing your other hand.
Add sweet potato filling in center and fold and shape it round like ball.
Make all ball one by one like this.
Bring semolina in a bowl,coat all bread balls and keep it asside for 5 mins.
Heat oil for frying,when oil is in medium temprature,add bread ball and fry it till crisp or turn golden in color.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup or any green chutney.
