Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Surmai fish 4 pcs
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Lemon
  4. coriander pwd 4 tbsps
  5. haldi 2 spoons
  6. red chilli pwd 1 spoon
  7. amchur pwd 1 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves to garnish
  9. lemon wedges to garnish
  10. onion slices to garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate washed fish in lemon juice and salt.
  2. Wash again.
  3. Then pat dry.
  4. In a plate put 2 tbsp coriander powder and haldi 1 tsp.
  5. coat this masala on fish , deep fry (this will prevent fish from sticking n make fish crispy )
  6. fry
  7. Once deep fried ,keep aside fish pieces, prepare masala mixture.
  8. In plate add 2 tbsp coriander pwd, salt, red chilli powder,remaining haldi and amchur powder.
  9. Now coat again the fish pieces in this masala mixture , micro for 30 seconds.
  10. ( if you find mixture very dry to coat the fish , you can add a tsp of oil to masala mixture and then coat)
  11. Yummy and crispy fish is ready to serve.
